Watching movies alone or with someone?!
Question: Watching movies alone or with someone!?
Why do some ppl find it depressing to watch movies alone!? I hardly can enjoy a movie if I watch it with someone else!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Most of the time, I watch movies by myself!. Otherwise, my mom lies on the couch and admits that she naps through them!. Occasionally, she'll make a comment or ask a question!. Both of us are rather quiet about films!.
When I was able to go to the theaters, I nearly always went by myself!. I liked it because I could focus completely on the screen!. That's why I generally sat third or fifth row center, which generally kept me apart from others!.
I don't understand wanting to go with a bunch of people who generally are visiting, chomping popcorn, and otherwise being too noisy!. Generally, they don't have a clue what the film is about later and will say it was awful without knowing what they saw! I know that because, in high school, my sister used to run around with several others, and I tried to be nowhere near them!. My sister admitted later that she missed a lot of good movies by running with that crowd!. *giggle* She's become quite a movie fan and has been doing a lot of catching up thanks to cable!. I told her that she probably would appreciate them more now than back then anyway!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think they feel like they need to take someone with them!. Personally, I don't mind watching films alone!. In fact I would rather it, but I just happen to come from a big family that it's not possible to do that!. I think sometimes people like to talk during movies, or maybe just like having someone with them!. I hate when you are with someone & they continually ask you questions as if you've watched the movie already!? I just think for some people, they think it's a loner thing to do or feel embarassed about what people in the theater think about them when they come alone!. If I'm watching a DVD of a movie that we've all seen before, I'll talk through it!. (We all will!.) In addition to that, it's a lot of fun to discuss the movie right after watching it!.
I do like going to Blockbuster by myself though!. Sometimes I just want to watch a movie without trying to convince anyone else to see it!.

i always go to the cinema with a bunch of friends!.!.!. never go there all alone coz i think it doesn't seem right to go there without hearing what my friends say about the movie that just have played
