Like all of the other Indiana Jones films (which WERE for kids and grown ups alike), there is a family adventure element that only Spielberg can deliver!.
The issue here is, what do you think an Indiana Jones movie is!? A lot of people don't know the answer to this!. The previous films were about guns, chases, tomb and graveyard raiding, and secret treasures with a sci-fi twist!. You get all of that here and it's full blown with a lot of excitement and good acting all around!.
The issue here is that there is a lose-lose element here that also shared a fate with the third Terminator movie, is that when you make a sequel so many years after the previous movie, you have to adjust to today's technology, today's new audience, and today's society!. Some may say that the new Indiana Jones film has tried so hard to make it feel like the old movies, that it has struck a slightly unevenly balance with today's viewer, which, over the last 20 years, have become obsessed with movies with realism, logic, big plot twists, and dark action scenes and violence!.
With this last Indy film, you need to leave all of those things at the door because this movie is just brainless, good-old fashioned entertainment!. Most people didn't like this film because it suspends belief in ways that harks back to the previous films and it further stimulates the viewer even more when computed generated scenery and creatures come into the mix, so this is one of the very few issues in the movie!.
So, if you're looking for something like James Bond, you're in the wrong movie!. This is Indiana Jones!. It's just a wild, thrill ride for the whole family!.

Yes! I loved it!. Shia LaBeouf adds amazingly to the film due to his age, good story and yeah Harrison is a little old, but he still has agility(though not as much)!.
It has lots of action, it's a little weird and also cute too!

YES! we (parents and 2 teenagers) went to see it last week, we all loved it, it is funny and has all the old action moments of the other films, a lot has been said about HF being too old but there are plenty of gags about him being older, cant wait for the DVD to come outWww@Enter-QA@Com

if u want to really enjoy the movie then watch 1 hr 40 mins of it!. then leave!. u will feel more satisfied then if u stayed for the last 20 mins which killed the crap outta it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
