Yes, it's sad; we've lost a true master of the screen! I love the movies he made with Robert Redford, especially "Jeremiah Johnson" and "The Electric Horseman!." If anyone asks Robert Redford where he learned to direct movies, he always says, "Sydney Pollack!"

Out of Africa is one of my all time favorites!.
I also liked his small role in Eyes Wide Shut!. The pool table scene and the bathroom scene with the OD'ed woman were the best parts of the movie in my opinion!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
