I think its hard to believe that they won't!.
For Lucas, they're his biggest money maker!. And as technology only improves, he will have more ideas to make films!.
And he loves making them!.

Yes, after the stubborn control freak George Lucas dies, there are hundreds of writers and directors eager to try their hand at making a better Star Wars movie!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It's possible, as there have already been scads and scads of stories written about what happened after the destruction of the Empire!. I hope not, though, as Lucas' movies have mostly sucked lately!. It says something when a director gets to the point where he keeps returning to old material rather than creating genuinely new stuff!.

They already milked that franchise for all it's worth!.
Why not revisit the BACK TO THE FUTURE series!. It's Robert Zemickus but Spielberg produced!.
