Question: I, Robot question!?

Answers:
it's called a "voice over" and they find someone who sounds like the actor; very prominent in England!. Most of the shows there are U!.S!. run and they pick them up using their own "voice overs" - I guess a big money saver for them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
They could have done that, hired a "sound-a-like," though, in my experience, dubbing voice actors generally don't sound like the original actors voices!. I don't know if Will Smith speaks Spanish or not, but it's not uncommon for some actors to provide their own dubbing in certain languages!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
That is what they usually do yes, if they can!.
Some countries use the same actor to dub for the same American actor for every movie they are in also!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
