The one you're probably thinking of is from The Incredibles!. They call the baby Jack-Jack, and there is a short extra on the dvd called Jack-Jack Attack!.
And like the first post suggested, another option is the original Cinderella movie- one of the mice kept calling the other one Jack-Jack, but I think I remember his name as actually being Jock, or somthing!. I haven't seen Cinderella in ages!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
