I'm looking for a movie title that I can't remember?!

I didn't get to watch the whole movie but I do remember the beginning!. There was a clown (Bill Murry) a lady, and another man robbing a bank together!.!.!. the way they robed the bank is: the clown told the cops he was going to let 3 people go if they give him 500k, a monster-truck, and a motorcycle!. He then let his girl friend and the other man and himself go lol!.

I haven't see it from there!.
