Answers:
Producing film and television producer are two different things!. You can get a degree in some of the community colleges in broadcasting - of course they have to offer those degrees like in San Joaquin Delta College, Sacramento State University, San Francisco Community College and among others in California and other States!. You want to produce films!.!.!. then all you need is a lot of money to spend or waste!. Screenwriting - you can take classes on screenwriting at a lot of community colleges like SFCC, to learn about the business!. You can also take classes on filmmaking, to learn how to make movies at a community college, universities, art institutes, and film schools!. Then you need talent or need to developed talent in writing!. When you have a good product to show, you will need an agent just to read your scripts!. Most of the times, it's not what you know but wjo you know in the entertainment industry, and you have to be prepare to showcase your talent when you have the opportunity!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I went to Columbia College Chicago for Film for three years, didn't get the degree because I changed my mind on wanting it!. I do think a heavy roll in deciding against it was discovering how difficult of an industry it is to break into!. As far as earning an education to help you, I think a Bachelors degree is the best!. It takes a lot of hands on and trained experience to allow you to really know how it works and what you're doing!. However, when its all said and done it just comes down to talent!. It's part of the entertainment industry and as anything else with that, it comes down to the "it" factor!. Are you going to stand out from the other 100,000 aspiring producer/screenwriters there are in this country alone!? My best advice is to go to ANY well involved film educational program and GET CONNECTED! Get as involved as you possibly can and take every opportunity to do work, even if for free with your producing!. Every experience counts and every connection matters!. Good luck, its a competitive field!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
