The original is a classical tune called "barber's adagio for strings" by the composer Samuel Barber (never)!.
The one in the Kevin and Perry film, like you say, the girl slaps him and says "i'd never Sh*g you in a million years you sad t*@t, you say anything like that again and i'll smack ya, you Virgin", how sad am i knowing the script!.
Anyway the tune in the film is "adagio for strings" by William Orbit, it's on an album called "peices in a modern style" but that is a slow version!. Just get the K & P soundtrack for the danced up version!.
