The most disturbing film I*ve ever seen is!.!.The Devil*s RejectsWww@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
One Hour Photo was disturbing, and also Manhunter (the original prequel to Silence of the Lambs)!. They were disturbing - the first because it was pretty weird, esp!. Robin Williams' character and what he does at the end, and the second because it is so scary!.

The Hotel Rwanda, The Killing Fields, Schindler's List, Blood Oath !.!.!.!.!.!. movies based on true stories like these are also disturbing because it makes you think about what people do to each other and the injustice and inequality in the world (I agree with Lydia)!.

I also found The Passion of The Christ disturbing, but not exactly in the same way - it is a very realistic, violent film, but if you are of Christian faith, it makes you confront what Jesus knowingly gave himself up to go through!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The most disturbing movie I saw that stuck with me for a long time was "Million Dollar Baby"!. It was featuring Clint Eastward( who also directed it), Hilary Swank, and Morgan Freeman!. The movie hit you smack dab in the heart and the intellect!. it seemed so unfair the things that happened and you couldn't help but feel tremendous empathy for each of the characters!.
What I like about Clint Eastward in his directing of movies is that he does not try to think for the audience but leaves the conclusion to you!. This one was very good but very, very sad!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

the devil's rejects!. oh i didn't notice you put that, i saw an interview with rob zombie about the part where the dead guy's face gets made into a mask and gets put on his wife (widow)!.!.!.and everyone was against even making the scene because it was just so horrible!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Spoorloos

Don't be fooled by the use of the English-translated title on the IMDB website (see link below)!. The original Dutch version is much darker and far superior to the American version!.
