Question: Why do you think the Speed Racer movie did so poorly in theaters!? It wasn't that bad of a movie, really!!?

I think it is a little too strange for most viewers, and it doesn't really appeal to any one specific demographic!. I mean, that should make it accessible for everyone, but I guess it turns everyone off!.
I'm sure the reviews had something to do with it as well!.
Personally, I really enjoyed it!.!.!.! But it definitely isn't your classic superhero/action movie (like Iron Man) so yeah!.!.!. it's kind of a shame that people just go for the same junk with a different face on it over and over, but something new and interesting like this doesn't get any support!.
also, the people who watched the Speed Racer series as kids are in their late 40s and 50s now, and most people that age don't have young kids, so that's probably working against the movie!.!.!. if it had come out ten years ago maybe parents would have said "Oh, hey, I loved that show when I was little and maybe my kids will like the movie!."Www@Enter-QA@Com
