Well!.!.!. the alternate ending can be seen on the DVD but was not used in the theatrical version of the film for a reason!. If they did make a second one they would use the version that was edited for the theaters!. (they probably decided on this one due to reactions from audiences during test screenings)!. They probably just put the other ending on the DVD to show audiences another way they were possibly thinking about ending it!. *** spoiler alert*** I wouldn't count on Will Smith being in the second "I Am Legend" if there is one!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Currently no plans for a sequel and Will Smith isn't interested in doing one nor should they make one!. If they do make a sequel it will be of the straight to DVD, just make a buck kind!. The original ending where he dies is what they will go off of!. None of it is really what the book intended!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
