I read the book when I was a teenager, and it scared the crap out of me!.
Then I read a couple years ago, that someone did research to check up on all the 'facts" about the house, the story, etc!., and it's all fake!.
The people who owned the house couldn't make the payments, so they made up this story so they could make money, and so nobody would try to buy the house and make them move!.
It's all a load of crap, it never actually happened, so if you watch it, just remember it's all made up, not true at all!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
