There is no character in the Iron Man movie who is known as "Penny!." I believe you are thinking of "Pepper" Potts, Tony Stark's "private secretary!." Stark and Potts are not shown kissing in the film!. Potts is a character from some of the earliest Iron Man stories from the comic book "Tales of Suspense," and she was written out of the series when she married "Happy" Hogan, who was also featured briefly (very briefly) in the Iron Man movie!.
