Question: Iron Man, for real!?
The Iron man movie was pretty good!. How close do you guys think the U!.S!. govt!. is to actually making a suit such as the one in the movie!? I just think it is kind do-able!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Not yet but pretty close, there are already exo-skeleton suits made for amplifying the strength of the user by sampling his movements hundreds of times a second and meant for industrial use-moving heavy things, etc!.
Some flying exo-skeletons that make the back-pack feel 80%lighter by transferring the weight to the ground,
and other flying machines in testing, like the"rocket belt"!.
There is no engine small enough to fit in a boot with fuel capable of lifting a person covered in armor yet!.
It would be extremely expensive and too dangerous to put a guy in a combat unit that would most likely be trashed if it ever got shot or crashed!.
It would really suck if the thing cost as much as a space shuttle and broke the first time it was used!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i doubt they wanna give somebody the power to fly with out an airplane or super human strengh so they can destroy buildings (white house), but i think the goverment has thought of it, but even if they succeeded i'm pretty sure we will never hear anything about it, just like aliens in roswellWww@Enter-QA@Com
I think they probably could, aside from the flying part!. It's just waaay too expensive to actually produce!.
