It's because of a change in the name's spelling or in the name entirely!. Another good example of this happening is with Joaquin Phoenix in some of his earlier films you will see him cast as Leaf Phoenix (he wanted a more interesting name back then) so they put that name in brackets!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
In Sylvia Sidneys case, she also sometimes went under the alternate spelling Sylvia Sydney!. This is probably why her name is shown twice!.
