I need help finding the title of an Italian movie I saw on HBO!.
It was about a guy who secretly finds some one living in his house, and is forced to move because of it, and ends up living in the house of the man who is living in his house!. I never finished the movie so please don't give away the ending!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I can only think of a spanish film called The Uninvited Guest (El Habitante Incierto) where the main character lets a stranger in to use the phone, but gets convinced that he's still in the house when the stranger just disappears!.

The guy who owns the house is an architect called Felix, and end up driving his girlfriend away and getting a gun, to try and kill the intruder!.
