Racism in movies?!
Question: Racism in movies!?
Why is it ok to take a white character from a TV , Comic Book , remake a classic movie ,etc and make a movie but make the character black whereas if you take a movie like Blade and make Blade a white guy the blacks would go nuts over itWww@Enter-QA@Com

I think your inciting an argument-but I do agree with part of your point of view in that when something is remade it should be done as it was originally intended!.
I was disappointed to see in the original batman they had Billy Dee Williams playing Harvey Dent(white male in comic),but what was bad about it was they replaced Williams with Tommy lee Jones!.
In the Avengers comic movie they made Nick Fury a black man which didn't fit considering Fury was a war colonel of WW2(which blacks didn't attain such rank in ww2) then in the Fantastic four movie they made Alicia masters black when in the comic she is white!.
I don't understand why change a fundamental origins!.If they would have made Blade white it would have lost it's appeal and again changed his origin unnecessarilly!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Blade's entire identity is that he is the black vampire hunter, otherwise he is just another vampire hunter!.
When they made Starship Troopers, you had to search hard and long to find someone who even noticed they made it with a white guy, so quit your bellyaching and accept that Will Smith is an action hero!.
