Yes, its definitely Untraceable (2008) with Diane Line and Colin Hanks!. Great movie, by the way! *spoilers* A man commits suicide because of bad publicity, and this causes his son to go beserk and start a website where he takes people captive, tortures them, and the more hits the site gets, the faster people die!. Diane Lane's character and a couple of other detectives are assigned to track down the site, but the killer has thoughts of his own!. When Diane Lane gets kidnapped, her quick thinking not only catches the killer, but saves her own life!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
