Cannibal Comedies?!

Question: Cannibal Comedies!?
I noticed long ago that many films dealing with cannibalism tend to emphasize comedy over horror, and it is interesting to see Johnny Depp singing, dancing, and turning people into meat pies!. Several of my favorite horror films are actually dark comedies that try to have it both ways with cannibalism, and for the lack of a better term, I'll call those movies "cannibal comedies!." I'm not sure if my favorite cannibal comedy is "Cannibal Girls" or "Motel Hell!." There's also the possibility that I've missed one or two, so my question is: what is your favorite film dealing with cannibalism that also displays dark humor!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
!.!.!.a most outrageous entry in the dark-humored cannibal themed type of movie, is the riotous and comical 1989 suspenser, called "Parents"; starring Randy Quaid & Mary Kay Place, and set in a '50's-looking suburban 'Leave it to Beaver' realm, it involved a young and troubled young boy, who becomes progressively suspicious of the 'special meat', which his parents serve for dinner every night!. With the help of a nosey, chain-smoking school counselor, he tries to find out the real secret, as far as where that 'special meat' comes from!.!.!.!.!.

!.!.!.for your ghoulish enjoyment and consideration, you should also seek out the sick, disturbing and pitch-black dark-humored 1991 French horror/comedy, entitled "Delicatessen"; although I could most readily render a most descriptive personal review of this extraordinarily unique and grotesque film, the attached review definitely says it all!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
