I dont think I'll ever see this movie again!?!?!

Hey everybody I'm looking for a movie that I saw a fiew years ago!. I'm pretty sure it was a French film and it had subtitles and all!. It was a bout a young boy who was a cross dresser and the community didnt like it and stuffs so they were always pressuring the mother about her son!. I know there's a scene where she cuts his hair forcefully and there's also many scenes with this billboard that has a big door thing on it!. Does anybody have a clue about what this film could beeee!.!.!? Please help cuz I'd like to see it againWww@Enter-QA@Com
