The original ending was that Maria killed Chino and then herself, but then it was changed to a more symphathetic ending where Maria is unable to shoot and instead mourns to Tony next to him, the two gangs make peace to lift Tonys body!. Maybe they learned from the consequences and tried to live with each other!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
