Can anyone recommend a disturbing horror film?!

Question: Can anyone recommend a disturbing horror film!?
Answers:
The best film that has been mentioned is Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds!. However, the most disturbing horror film mentioned thus far is undeniably the controversial exploitation film Cannibal Holocaust, which a lot of people believe to be a masterpiece of cinematographic realism!. The film is perhaps the most notorious of all cannibal films and so controversial that it is supposedly banned in 50 countries for it's graphic potrayal of rape, murder and animal cruelty!. The sex is real, the animal cruetly is real and the murders at the time looked so real the director went under investigation!.

Therefore, I recommend the most disturbing horror film ever made, a film voted the most controversial film ever made, Pier Paolo Pasolini's Salo, which in my opinion makes Cannibal Holocaust look quite tame!. The film is set in a Fascist period and is widely banned in many countries for it's graphic portrayals of rape, torture and murder—mainly that of people suspected to be younger than 18 years of age!. The first two times I attempted watching this film I had to simply turn it off because it's realism is so bothersome and I finally was able to finish it on my third attempt and never will I watch it again!. This is the most effective kind of horror ever made!. I highly recommend it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
