Please help me with this...I'm begging you!!! (film question)?!

once seen a movie on ITV (in the UK) and it was!.!.roughly all I remember of it was the first 20 minutes or so - There was a girlfriend and I think the plot was she wanted to break up with her BF, who was a psycho!. And I remember them sitting at the top of a building at night by their car or something!.
also I think I remember the girl walking through an alley on the same night and people were partying!.

Anyone have any idea!?
