Question: My Dvd pack doesn't work!?
Hi i have the Family 10 movie pack but it doesn't work on any dvd players in my house!.and i have 8 dvd players!. the disks are not scratched because its brand new please can you HELP ME!

First, make sure your DVD player is connected to the TV correctly and your sound system is set up properly!. The easiest way to do this is to play a DVD that you know works!. The kids might have been playing and knocked something off the back of the TV!.
Make sure that the format is correct!. Blu-ray and HD-DVD will not work on ordinary DVD players and neither will work on the other format either!. Regional coding might be a problem if you got the DVDs from another part of the world, but chances are they regional format is correct!.
Once in a great while, a DVD will not get the movie put on it!. This is due to either an error while putting the movie on the disc itself or there is a fault in the DVD!. These can happen, but rarely do!.
Take the DVDs back to where you got them and demand an exchange!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
