However, when you have the time, try to look up the 1968 Franco Zeffirelli film of 'Romeo and Juliet', starring Leonard Whiting and Olivia Hussey (Well-named, some people think!.) The film is still widely available, in fantastic colour!. Something for the back-burner!?)
Not 'old-fashioned' Shakespeare!. Just ordinary language!. Handsome boy and beautiful girl 'getting it together'!. Romance - a bit - but 'getting down to it', as well!. Some violence, nice bed scenes and great music!. Guaranteed to get you 'up and down' - in a mood sense, of course! Pause for your nibbles or fast-forward, as you wish!.
There is a more recent version with DiCaprio, with guns instead of knives and set in modern times!. It's O!.K!. but the dialogue is the original Shakespeare - which seems odd to me as it is set in LA!. Much more violent!.
