j!.k!. has said in interviews!.!.!.!. that when she was writing the book she pictured dumbeldore as being gay!. so she wrote his actions, words, etc etc around her interpretation that the character was gay!.
however i did get the impression from the interview, that she never put into the book that he was gay!. It was just in her mind but never clearly stated in the book!. It was all just her interpretation of the character!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The only thing that I or anybody can tell you, is what JK Rowling has said!. Now in the movies it might not look like he is gay, but they don't make any of that big deal of it, and I have to wonder will movie #6 and the parts of Harry Potter and the Deadly Hallows will do anything, but they might just show him as they always has!. Now I don't know how Michael Gambon has re-acted to this, since he has played the role of Dumbledoor since movie #3, remember the late Richard Harris played the role in the first 2 movies!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't know about the movie, but J!.K Rowling said that he's gay when she read a part of the movie script about Dumbledore talking about girls!. So she told them to not add this scene because Dumbledore is gay!. So yes, he's gay!. But I don't think it's gonna show up in the movie!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
