I don't know anything about the rap, however I can tell you what the title means!. The movie Magnolia takes place in Los Angeles and the Valley in particular!. Magnolia is a street that runs parallel to Ventura Blvd!. in the later scenes of the movie and the frogs begin to rain down from the sky most of all the characters are on that street and it seems to be where their stories collide!. In fact in one of the scenes you can make out the street signs!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
