It all depends uppon how the owner of the copywrite (if there is one) feals about it!.
Many of the pay for sites have the right to sell or rent movies, many smaller movies put there stuff out there for all for exposure, and there are those that just don't care!.
If a movie is in Theaters, it's not likly legal, Torrents in general are a sorce of illigal content!.
The best rule of thumb is if there's a DVD of it or it's in theaters or TV, then it's likly not suposed to be watched online outside of the sorce's sight (Like seeing shows from NBC on the NBC site)Www@Enter-QA@Com

mostly it is!. putting movies on the site is illegal!. depending on the site says how legal it is and if you'll get caught!.
