Answers:
go to this link (wikipedia) and scroll down to Ratings heading!.

http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/R-rated

It shows the MPAA ratings and what they mean, I'll write them below anyways:

G - General Audiences
All ages admitted!.

PG - Parental Guidance Suggested
Some material may be inappropriate for younger children!.

PG-13 - Parents Strongly Cautioned
Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13 years old!.

R - Restricted

People under 17 are not admitted without parental guidance!.

NC-17 - No Children 17 and Under Admitted

Nobody 17 or under is admitted!.

NC-17 is the new way of saying X rated films (porn, etc)

So as long as you are accompanied with a parent or someone 18 or older when viewing a rated R movie you are able to view it without any issues!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yep your good to go!.have fun!. Sorry not link but call first youll see no probWww@Enter-QA@Com

Yeah, you're good!.

What movie are you going to go see!? If it is Street Kings, tell me if it was good or not, because I'm going to go see it in a few weeks!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'm pretty sure just as long as the minor is accompanied by an adult its ok!.

You can find this on the first link, 9th question down:

"Q!. Why do I see children in the theater for movies that are Rated R!?
A!. The R rating means that any child under the age of 17 may be allowed into the movie only if he/she will be viewing the movie with his/her parent or adult guardian!."

2nd link, under 2nd paragraph:

"The minimum age for unaccompanied patrons at R films, and all patrons at X films, was originally set at 16!. By 1970 it was raised to 17 (in some areas the age may be higher still—often 18—and in rare cases as high as 21)!. "

3rd link, 7th question down under rated R:

"Children under 17 are not allowed to attend R-rated motion pictures unaccompanied by a parent or adult guardian"

*Hope that helped!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
