Maybe its not THE best movie ever made but its definitly ONE of the best movies ever produced! The reason I can come up with is; the acting was spectacular, the story was beautiful and the effects just breath taking! I have probably cried a 100 times watching Titanic and its definitly one of my favourites!. I cried so much when Rose told Jack she "will never let go", true love!.

I liked the movie, but it's definetely not the best film ever made!. It could be one of the best CGI movies ever made (until the Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King)!.
According to imdb!.com, the Godfather is the best movie ever made (9!.1/10) along with the Shawshank Redemption!. Titanic (7!.2/10) isn't even ranked in their top 250 movies!.

Citizen Kane is supposed to be the best movie ever made!. I think you had to see it when it first came out to appreciate it though because it did so many things that no other movie had done before like deep focus!.
