Rebecca remake???!
Question: I think they should make another remake of Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier. I'm reading the book now and i'm about 2/3's through and the way they describe Rebecca completely reminds me of Keira Knightley.
Who else thinks they should make a remake and consider Keira Knightley for the part of Rebecca?

I generally don't like Keira Knightly, but I was pleasantly surprised with her performance in Atonement. So she could probably do justice to the second Mrs DeWinter. I think that Helen Mirran would make a good Mrs Danvers.
No. I am against remakes...expecially those of Alfred Hitchcock movies. They already messed up Psycho and they are planning on messing up The Birds...they better not mess up any more
although I think Remake is a hard thing , but I think it must be made by a very great director , I also think that Keira Knightly can appear so well in such works , I think Natalie Portman can be a suitable Rebecca too , for the man we must think well , a one , charming , gentleman rather young but not so young ,
