Question: I remember watching a movie on TV, like 10 years ago..
It was about a guy that had an underground radio station.
He was in highschool and all the guys from highschool use to bully this guy.....
but they adore the guy from the radio and they didn't knew it was him...

I think, from your description, that you are looking for "Pump Up The Volume," starring Christian Slater.
That's the only movie I can think of from that time period where a guy in high school had an underground radio station.
