"Shutter" is about a married couple who discover ghostly images in some photographs they've had developed after an accident. They begin to investigate the cause of these images.

I would list it under Horror, although it may also be listed as a Thriller. It had some eerie moments to it, but it wasn't really scary. I wouldn't say it was completely retarded, just standard horror fare.
