Question: description - two young kids, boy and girl, are hoplessly in love and wish to go to some really romantic city, france or rome?
but they have to get the money first, so they try gambling on horse races so they get the help of this old guy to bet for them and they win (i think he tries to steal their money or something?) so off they got to their selected destination and the myth they want to test is if they pass under this bridge (by boat) in the afternoon when the bells are tolling they'll be together forever.
