Question: There was this scientist, who comes up with this drug that can make pain feel good, and people who take the drug become addicted to it, they begin to horribly mutilate themselves, and cut themselves up, and eat themselves, because it feels so good. I have been looking for this movie, for a long time, and I'm hoping that someone can help!!!

...I'm not really sure if this is what you were looking for, but I seem to recall a Japanese horror film, that I saw overseas, several years ago, which bears more than a striking resemblance to what you describe; I think that it was called "Deep Blood", or "Naked Blood", or something like that...

...yep!!! It WAS "Naked Blood", from 1996; I actually saw this at a Japanese movie theater, on my travels overseas, and I absolutely could not believe what I was watching; this film makes movies like "Hostel" and "Saw" look like Disney films!!!
