Question: i couldnt find the movie name in my own laguage, so i ll try to explaine in english...
the movie made it probably between 2000 and 2003...
it was showing old things, the time was very old..
and history was in one village i guess.. there was a big giant dog or lion, with special (wood preservation) and this dog had one owner, he was listening his orders and kill the people...
one hero or s/t like that came and help people, followed the clues and he find out the things... i think creature didnt die... awwww i cant tell more than this... i know its so hard to find out but please, if any one knows help :(.... thanks in advance..

This sounds like 'Le Pacte des Loups' or 'Brotherhood of the Wolf', a French language film about a wolf-like creature terrorising an 18th century French village.
The 'wolf' turns out to be a lion wearing wooden armour.
