Not sure of the exact quote, but from Independence Day, the speech the president gave right before everyone in the world who survived united as a human race, and kicked the aliens butt. I do wish that we as a human race could get along, and stop the hate, the violence, and such. That speech, first time I heard it at the movies gave me goosebumps.

have to agree with the pulp fiction speech its awesome, but favourite line "charlie don't surf" fantastic film Apocalypse now.
I always liked the Samuel L Jackson one, til i found out its pretty much made up, and not very biblical at all.
It was always more ominous when it sounded like God was speaking through him. Then it was wasted.
Probably my favourite line in a movie is from Predator, when Poncho says to Blain:
