Lord of the rings fans... what is the quote / passage that frodo reads as he'!

Question: I was hoping someone could give me (word for word) the quote / passage that frodo reads as he finishes his book toward the end of Return of the King (the movie). It was very meaningful, and I liked it a lot... It has something to do with "Sometimes the hurt is just too much, the pain is too deep and we can't forget, but we must carry on"
I'm sure that's not right, but it's close... and should give an idea of what I'm looking for.
Thanks guys!! :-)

" How do you pick up the threads of an old life? How do you go on, when in your heart, you begin to understand, there is no going back? There are some things that time cannot mend. Some hurts that go too deep…that have taken hold. " ~Frodo Baggins~
