Will there ever be a Captain America Or Green Lantern Movie?!
Question: I mean they already made a daredevil Movie so why not Cpt. America? It could kinda be patriotic with the whole Iraq thing going on. What are your thoughts?

A new Captain America should be coming soon. Marvel has planned a series of releases that would eventually lead to an Avengers movie. Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk this summer will coincide with each other, and the future Captain America and Ant-Man movies will be part of that, too.
Green Lantern is another story. DC has a tendency to drag their feet with their movies. Superman had a couple of false starts and Wonder Woman had stalled. But Green Lantern fans can rest easy that the Jack Black rumored comedic version of GL won't come into fruition. There is a JLA movie coming soon, and Green Lantern is part of that roster, so you might get your wish soon.
I believe Captain america was in the thinkings for one of the next movies to get made by marvel. I read somewhere they want to try to get 2 out a year, so I hope it is one of them. I havn;t heard anything abotu a green lantern movie though, but he is DC and they don't seem to make as many movies.

idk but they need to make a green lantern movie...i kno i heard theres gonna be a justice league movie comin up...i guess thats as close as we'll get

I heared they are going to do a Justice Leauge movie but this was a while ago and they didn't say who was going to play what so I'm not sure if its still happening. I havn't heared anything recently. Its possible that they could make a Captain America movie. I personally would like to see a Wonder Woman film

As for Green Lantern, he's one superhero I'm not enthused about. Growing up with him, Flash and other DC heroes, I guess I went for the offbeat ones such as Adam Strange, the interplanetary traveler. Hawkman could be interesting.
I'm much more a Marvel fan and would love to see the Bucky Barnes/Rick Jones dynamic, with Cap guiltstricken a lot. Moody, broody Steve Rogers attempting to remain the all-American good guy hero made for great stories. Yet, there's been no Rick in "Hulk" or anywhere else. Or, what about Prince Namor the Submariner?
