Question: I suggest that you start with Vertigo, Rear Window and Psycho. Then you might want to watch North by Northwest, The Birds, Dial M for Murder and Marnie. Some people might disagree with the last one, but I think it is very good.

watch Psycho. Its probably his most famous film. That'll get you started.

You really can't go wrong with any of his movies! I'd probably start with Vertigo, Psycho or North By Northwest and go from there... Enjoy!

The 39 steps is a great one to start with. It is so great and I am glad to see that people are recognizing a great movie maker! North by Northwest is also a great one.
The Birds, fantasitc old movie. I think that they are going to re-make it.
