Arsenic and Old Lace is an exellent dark comedy starring Gary Crant. It's quite old an black and white, but if you watch it, you won't regret.
Also, Marvin's room is great, but since it's really intense drama, it really doesn't fit into your description.

a movie based in a very cookie cutter city ... the diffrence ..... the ppl.... its starts off w/ the main character walking into his best friends room ... where he has offed himself ... what does he do? ... nothing he just walks out as if he saw nothing .... the parents r oblivious to life, especially their kids... they c what they wanna c ... the mayors insane ( all i ll say is dolphins)... all in all its a very funny/ quirky dark comedy.
DEAR WENDY-
basically this movie is a love story about a gun; opening scene the main character is writing a letter to his beloved wendy (the gun) .... and then it goes into ... how they meet.... and what transpirred from that point on and how "she" changed his life.... (there r some script errors, but all in all most scenes made me laugh) it was very demented/ funny.
