Question: the movies are so well written, is there any mistakes in the plot line at all? i really can't find any at all.

My favorite trilogy! I don't think there were any mistakes but you can read about "goofs" on IMDB website for all three.

The Delorian was a really crappy performing car, and I don't think it could get up to 88mph. Maybe thats where the 1.21gigiwats comes into play.
Surprisingly they are well written, the plots seem complicated(well to me anyhow), but it the escapism and what if factor i like. My son has got into BTTF now as well, he wants a Delorean.....hmmmmm don't we all? late-rs ;)~
watch movies for what they are...entertainment and not to find fault with them..
it's really well done, there's not really a lot of flaws and believe me I've looked having seen it about a million times since I was a kid. I saw a show once though that pointed out little errors they made, like Marty in 1955 when he appeared in George's dream. He used a hair dryer for a "gun", but hair dryers had not been invented yet at that time.
