Yes there is lots of sex and nudity on-screen and even sexual dialogue. There is violence but no gore. Yes it's very humorous. I'm not getting it Tuesday. I bought 'Sweeney Todd' already.

Very funny with surprisingly good songs. It features nudity (including a full frontal male shot!) and some comic violence. If you like John C Reilly I would recommend it.
