Question: All I can remember is this blonde girl ends up going to like an all juvenile girls "jail" and she beats the crap out of another girl with the payphone....then in another part the girls are at a gas station and she makes a shank out of a toothbrush by wraping the end with cellophane melting it, then sharping it on the concrete floor in the gas station bathroom...HELP! Anyone know what I'm talking about??
