It's not scary compared to Candyman, but it is full of gore. It's a good alternate, but doesn't replace the heebie jeebies that a good scary movie gives you....like Candyman.
If you want to get scared watch some Korean movies.

It is scary the first time. I remember watching it in theatres, that everyone with me was just scared and jumping up and covering their eyes and mouth, sooo freakin scarier in the theatre with the big picture and surround sound. It will scare you since you will watch it the first time at the time and i always watch scary movies at the same time. to be really scared , watch it in the total dark pitch and turn the sound. ENjoy man!

all from the warped mind of a Script Writer.The combination of both Scriptwriter,Director,Actors,are what made it into a
Cult Movie.............I personally,enjoyed "Candyman"......
I am sure many others did as well ......Thats what makes the world go around...........................I feel Candyman is /was far uperior.............To each their own choice.
