Another question about Dr who?!
Question: in the first series with christopher eccelston he talked about his home world been destroyed in a time war, and later in the series its always brought up by someone saying there world was destroyed in a time war,
who reckons they should do a trilogy film set about that war with christopher eccelston as he is the one who bought it up

he saif no more Timelords, then The Master popped up.
He also said all the Daleks were destroyed and he was wrong about that, too!. Clearly the Timelords are still around, but have expunged his memory and are avoiding him for the time being. I wonder why?

Actually, Galifrey was destroyed way before Christopher Eccleston's Doctor.
I think it is just a plot device to make the Dr the 'last of the time lords' - I don't think they have really thought it through, it would be very difficult to make a coherent story out of something as woolly as a 'time war'!
would be a cool idea for a mini series, or do you think it will be covered later in the series as with past stories bringing more than one doctor together for the big war (i.e. 'The Five Doctors')

It was not the 9th Doctor (Christopher Eccelston) that was in the Time War it was the 8th Doctor (Paul McGann).
So it would be Paul McGann that would star in The Time War Trilogy if and when thay do a movie base on The Time War.
mmm, I've heard that John Simm will be the next doctor after David Tennant leaves, It will be interesting to see how the role of the master would play out with him as the Doctor! x
