If you rent from Blockbuster or Netflix they keep a record of every movie you have rented and rated as having seen as well as a queue of what you want to see still. But you do have to pay for those services obviously. I don't know of a free website-you could make your own spreadsheet in Excel.

If you rent movie from netflix and blocksbuter, they have a rental history of all your movies your rent.

yahoo provides a place to blog. (there are other sites as well; what sites do you belong to? check and see if they also provide blog space. but you do belong to yahoo so you're already set.)

Keep a journal, either online or on paper. Carry a smaller notebook around with you so when you come across something interesting when your out (like a new movie trailer), you can make a note and journal it later.
go to IMDB.com....and on the top where it says "rate this movie"...give it a rating....then click on vote history...and it will show you the entire list of movies you have seen and voted for
Just jot them down in a journal. I wish I had started doing that.
