Help me find the name of a romantic miniseries!?!
Question: When I was a child (back in the 80's) this movie (mini-series) came on tv. It was about a young adult girl whose father lost her and the estate in a card game. The father kills himself. The man that won, comes to claim the estate and takes the girl back home with him. Don't remember much. The guy has a domineering mother and he doesn't have much faith in women or love. Through the course of the movie the guy and the girl fall in love. It is set in regency or victorian times.
