I absolutely loved it.

I had been waiting for that movie for 23 years (I read the book in 1985, when I was 15).

The movie was worth the wait. It had all the right elements and just the right mix of them.

I think that only a true Stephen King fan will really appreciate this movie and see it for what it is. It was never meant to be a feel-good movie. You were not supposed to leave the theatre with a smile on your face.

The ending was vastly different from the book but an excellent one, just the same. It was a shock but at least it gave a more definitive (although not complete) ending. The movie was very close to the book, except for the ending.

It was one of the best films of 2007 and one of the best horror movies I have seen in my life...it is on par with The Exorcist, Alien and The Shining. Awesome, awesome movie. Kudos to King and Darabont...excellent job.

I finished reading that story in a book before that movie came, i love Stephen King I'm a huge fan of him....i know the story but still i watched it in the big screen......i love it! try to watch 1408, Pet Sematary,Cats Eye, Silver Bullet, The Shining based on Stephen King novels...I'm sure u will love it. He's The king!

I loved the movie...and I thought the ending was perfect. The final scene sends a powerful message about despair. It says that even in the darkest of times, we must hold on to hope. For a horror movie to send that message is nothing short of extraordinary.

I actually loved it, considering i watched it alone and underage for the rating . [x

Well i actually teared up a little in the end.
Cuz it sucked because he killed the people that were with him when help was just about a minute or two away.
